What's New at the Farm?
February 12, 2006- This week we are preparing for the Food and Agriculture Fair of the Virgin Islands. The fair is February 17-19 on St. Croix. We plan to have a variety of vegetables on display including asparagus, eggplant, tomato, peppers, chives, and collards. We also plan to have herbs such as oregano, mint, dill, lemon balm, and many others to view. Stop on out for what is always a fun time at the fair!
