2 parts to a Site Assessment:
1. Identify physical characteristics of homesite -- this will help you & the client understand how land around home can aid or hinder efforts to protect health & environment.
2. Make a map of homesite -- this map should show buildings, roads, septic system, natural features. It will help you & your client identify potential risk areas
