UVI CES CYFAR TECHNOLOGY TENT

The UVI CES CYFAR program participate in the annually Agriculture Food Fair by setting up a technology tent. The purpose of the technology tent is the promote technology with in the community. The technology tent in setup to be a computer lab that is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about technology. Workshops such as E-mail/Internet, Word processing and Webpage design are also conducted in the technology tent throughout the three days Agriculture Food Fair. Approximately 40,000 individuals attend the Agriculture Food Fair the CYFAR program affords all of these individuals who are interested with the opportunity to utilize the technology tent.
