Lorna GOODISON

Lorna Goodison, born in Jamaica, attended the University of Iowa and was a Bunting Fellow at Radcliffe College. She is the author of Tamarind Season, I am Becoming my Mother and Heartease. Her work, translated into many languages, is widely published and anthologized. Lorna Goodison won the 1997 Daily News Prize.
